Job Overview

The Forklift Operator/Order Puller is responsible for following directives given by the Warehouse Manager and/or Team Lead.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Unload / Load pallets with a lift truck from multi-docks /LTL Carriers, in a safe and efficient manner while staying in compliance to OSHA Safety standards.
• Accurately and efficiently inbound product; ensuring lot tracking/FIFO systems are used.
• Ensure pick of pallet orders are prepared (pallet wrap/staged) correlated to BOL/Shipping documents and ready for transit.

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate/Equivalent
• Previous experience moving/stacking heavy pallets in a warehouse environment.
• 2+ year(s) warehousing experience with forklift experience.
• 1 year Inventory Management System/Warehouse Management System
• OSHA Compliant Forklift Operator Safety Training & Certification
• Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, follow directions, communicate efficiently and respectfully to all members of team and outside vendors/customers.
• Understanding of safety and cleanliness in warehouse settings.
• Able to stand, stoop, sit for long periods of time. Lift up to 50 lbs.
